Student life’s busy enough — let us make storage the easiest thing on your to-do list. Whether you're heading home for the holidays, moving out, or just need to clear some space, here’s how it works:
1. Book Your Storage
Got stuff? Great. Tell us what you need to store and for how long — it only takes a few clicks.
Need boxes and supplies? We’ve got you. You can even order materials on their own if you're not ready to book a pickup just yet.
We store pretty much everything — clothes, kitchen gear, furniture, sports equipment, random uni things — you name it. Do check our list of items that are excluded in our services. What we can collect depends on your postcode, so we’ll ask for that early on.

2. Collect At Your Address
Pick a collection date that works for you — we’ll come to your address and pick everything up.
Standard collections in Central London (Monday to Sunday, 8am–6pm) are totally free. Yes, we work on weekends at no extra charge!
The day before your pickup, you’ll get an email or text message with all the details — including an estimated arrival time. Just make sure everything’s packed, labelled, and ready on the ground floor if possible.
Can’t be there yourself? No problem — a mate, flatmate, or your building’s reception can hand things over. Just make sure they’re expecting us and can sign for the collection.

3. Keep Your Items Safe
Once we’ve got your stuff, we’ll store it safely in one of our secure, monitored facilities.
Every box is insured up to £100 from pickup to delivery.
We charge monthly in advance based on your plan and collection date. Sent us more (or less) than you booked? No worries — we’ll adjust your plan and confirm any updates.​​
4. Deliver Your Items Back
Need your stuff back?
Just fill out the return form and choose a date that works for you. Returns to London start from £6 per box, with a £30 minimum per order.
Moved somewhere else?
No worries — we deliver to any UK address starting from £25 per box. Need international shipping? We’ve got you covered — just get in touch for a quote.
Not going to be in?
We’re happy to deliver to your reception or a friend you trust — just make sure someone’s available to sign for your items.
